In cases of regret, the Customer may request the return of the product and obtain the consequent refund of the amount paid for the product provided that they are returned in the original packaging and with all shipping protections that accompany each product. It is important to note that the product box must also be in perfect condition for the return of the products and in the same way its protection is preserved. The freight to send us the product is at your expense.

This request must be made within seven (7) calendar days after the date of receipt of the purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the CDC, by calling +55 (12) 98110-6880 or by e-mail: filiperv79@gmail.com

When the right of repentance is exercised, after analyzing the product, the refund of values can be done in two ways, depending on the form of payment made at the time of purchase:

  • In purchases paid by credit card, the respective chargeback will be requested immediately from the card administrator, but since it is a procedure that is entirely the responsibility of the card charter, the chargeback can occur in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices.

  • In purchases paid by bank slip, the refund will always be credited to the current account held by the customer who paid the bank slip that will be made within 10 (ten) business days.

If the Return Policy and the applicable legislation are not respected, the costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

NOTE: The return of products that are unable to be marketed again cannot be exercised.
